Maaz Masood Ansari is Senior Executive Director at Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants. He has served over 17 years with big four accounting firms (Deloitte and EY). Maaz has extensive experience in Advisory and Consulting services.

Maaz has experience in the areas of, Merger & Acquisition, Deal Advisory, Valuation, Commercial and Financial due diligence, Financial Modeling, Corporate Finance, Business Plan, Feasibility study, Consulting, Strategy and Industry analysis and Business Risk Advisory.

He is actively involved on local and cross border engagements with multiple functions/service lines, across numerous offices including China, UK, Netherland, UAE, KSA, Singapore, Japan, Spain etc.

He has been involved in the valuation of commercial bank, marine and port services, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and power sector.  He has handled various due diligence assignments for public sector and private sector companies including oil & gas exploration, steel manufacturing, port operating, power and pharmaceuticals sector.

Before joining Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants, Maaz worked for Ernst & Young – Pakistan for three years, in the Business Risk Services. At E&Y, he was involved in advising clients on processes and system improvements, financial accounting, operations, SOX compliance and implementation.

Maaz is FCCA and CIA from Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) – USA.
